Fazilla Phiri, a student at Kaliyeka Secondary School, she was a slave of peer pressure before MAGGA came into her life.

For example, before I joined MAGGA, Pat my friend invited me to a party where there were different kinds of beer.

“She asked me to take some but I was reluctant because I had never taken beer before. Still more I drank because of the pressure from my friends,” said Fazilla.

She said since her teacher announced of the existence of MAGGA on campus, and asked those interested to join, she did not hesitate.

“Now I no longer drink alcohol because through the group, I have learnt about the effects of drug and substance abuse, especially alcohol,” she said
