MAGGA Office Assistant plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of MAGGA Secretariat office. The role involves providing administrative support, managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with office tasks as needed.
Each incident of gender-based violence is a violation of human rights that can have a significant impact on the survivor’s safety, health and quality of life. Survivors of GBV can suffer significant health consequences, including unwanted pregnancies, HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, physical trauma and even death.
A. ACCOUNTANT
Location: Lilongwe
The Accountant will support all aspects of financial and project management for Malawi Girl Guides Association (MAGGA). This will include project accounting, audit, budgetary controls and monitoring of financial performance and compliance with Donor policies and procedures. The position will provide the program staff with financial advice, support the completion of assigned project and donor reporting, manage audit functions and assist with the administrative and coordination duties associated with MAGGA.
Today , the EVAWG team is orienting community leaders and school authorities from Dzoole-B ADC in Dowa District on “Making our Communities Safe” manual.
