Senior Group Village Headman (GVH) Chimoka admitted the problem of drug and substance abuse among youths in his area.

In the past it was a very big problem but with a good working relationship with the ward councillor and MAGGA there is great improvement.

“We move around bars and talk to bar owners not to sell beer to minors,” said Chimoka.
